Rocket, was an unexpected blessing to the purchase of my latest mustang Franchesca, I bought her from the BLM, I had always wanted a mustang from one of the 3 spanish wild mustang herds in the US and she fit the bill. Her herd is the Sulfur herd, a spanish mustang herd with almost no cross breeding from outside horses. She has the traditional spanish look and gait and has passed these traits on to her son Rocket (named by grandson). As mom was already pregnant before being rounded up, and before I purchased her I have no idea of which wild spanish stallion is the sire.
